I like the products, but the checkers are horrible. They either don’t say a word to you, are talking about their personal business to the other checker, or are complaining about their life. My biggest complaint is that they throw your food in the cart instead of packing it gently. I have called them on it and they have gotten even more of an attitude. I try to do self checkout all the time so as not to have them touch my purchases. But I don’t like Costco either. My suggestion, if you don’t like working with people why are you working at BJ’s?

The beautiful lady in verizon helped me out so much! I was there for a short time trying to get my issue straightened out on my phone and she was able to help me in no time. Best employee of all time!!!
