Came here to switch phones and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Arnold was really helpful and made sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend going here for any cellular needs in the Columbia area.

These guys had the door opened for us and seats ready before 8am this morning. I had a new phone and case set up and ready to go in about 30 minutes. Excellent customer service in Forest Acres in my opinion.

This place is a scam! Do not go here! I went and paid my bill($ 350) and verizon shut off my service and said I hadn’t paid. I gave verizon my receipt #, etc and they had my service restored. A week later I had thrown out the receipt because I thought everything was settled and then verizon called me and said when they called the store for my conformation they denied we were ever in there and they had never met us even though we have paid our bill there every month for a year. My theory is the man who took my money pocketed it because the receipt he gave me was just a bunch of random numbers and didn’t have any verizon logos on this. Avoid this store at all costs!

The sales-reps here are unprofessional, slow, and the least bit concerned with customer service. It took over an hour to add a line and upgrade my phone when the store at Garners Ferry was much more efficient and friendly. I’ll never use this location again.

I was too upset to write a review about this place the day I went so I tried to let it go. The«sales expert» who helped me was anything BUT that and rude. I was pressured into buying a new battery and when I asked if it was something that I could have done from home, he said no and that it was on «their server» however once it was completed, it was done on the Verizon website. I was so frustrated at one point, I thought I might cry. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.
