Horrible Terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Find another company.
This company never comes on time without any notice. Always more than 2 hours late.
They fixed ours one year ago and it’s not working again. So we called for service. Of course the guy didn’t come. We called them after 2 hours, they said he would be here in 10 minutes. The guy arrived after 1 hour we called; total of 3 hours after their promise time. He estimated and told us they need to order the part and will contact us when parts come. After 3 days, we called to check on status. They said they don’t know and told us that they will call later. It’s summer and so hot in Columbia and we couldn’t wait any longer. So after 1 week since they first came, we called and they still said they don’t know anything about the status and told us to STOP BOTHERING THEM. How can they say that to customer? They didn’t contact us beforehand and when we did, telling us to stop bothering them? We cancelled it right away.
I called other company and they came and fixed it for us. They told us that whoever fixed it last year, put a wrong sized piece which costed about $ 5000. I was so mad about wasting so much money. So not just duncan’s service is bad, they cannot fix things right.
This Duncan does horrible jobs and customer service.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you want to give it a try, then good luck.
