History

Established in 2006.

Coupling decades of experience in fashion – dabbling in modeling, design and fashion styling– with years mentoring and motivating people to live to their fullest potential, Natalie Jobity, President of Élan Image Management, brings acute insight, compassion, creativity and a holistic perspective to her clients’ image and wardrobe challenges. She believes an image makeover is a life transforming event. It is also dynamic – as you evolve and change, so should your image.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing, Natalie has often counseled corporate clients on understanding the drivers of their company brand reputation and corporate image.

Natalie is an internationally acclaimed Image Consultant, Best-​Selling Author, and Dynamic Speaker. She works with women from all walks of life: executives, business owners, artists, young professionals, mothers, community leaders and those in the public eye who are ready to own their spotlight, elevate their image, and become a magnet to all in their circle of influence. As a well-​credentialed marketer for 15 years, Natalie harnesses her past corporate experience to groom women needing to create effective, authentic and memorable personal personas to leverage their platform/​work/​business/​art.

Natalie is certified by the prestigious Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She also received styling and image training from the Image Resource Center of New York. Natalie’s formal education includes a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University, a Masters in Finance from Cambridge University and an MBA in Marketing from Baruch College, CUNY.
