Private Training: Private Training with the Hannigan Performance staff is an excellent option for those who prefer a more intimate 1:1 coaching environment or for those with varying schedules. Our team will help personalize your workouts to meet your individual needs and goals! All Sessions last approximately 60 minutes.
Semi-Private Training: This training ensures an athlete/client to coach ratio of no more than 5:1 and most often is 3:1. All of our semi-private clients receive an individualized program based on an initial one on one assessment as well as frequent check-ins to ensure progress. Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are held for up to 5 members in a group! (Billed Monthly)
Athletic Development: These classes are limited to 8 athletes per session and each class will normally last 90 minutes. Each athlete receives a semi-individualized program with the primary goals of improving strength, speed, and endurance.
Team Training: Team Training is for those serious coaches and players who want to improve their health and performance. Each team will get a progressive workout program, as well as nutrition information, information on recovery strategies, and even a recovery pack (Premium package only)!
Meet the Business Owner
Chris H.
Business Owner
Chris is the head trainer at Hannigan Performance and is devoted to delivering professional service to all of his clients. He received his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania with his main focus being in performance enhancement and injury prevention. During his Master’s program he became a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as a certified Speed Specialist through the National Association of Speed and Explosion.
Chris received his Bachelor’s in Health and Physical Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Before IUP he attended Potomac State University of WVU where he received his Associates Degree in Sports Management. While he attended Potomac State he played baseball for two years where the team finished 5th nationally at the JUCO World Series in 2006. After Potomac State, he transferred to IUP and played 2 years there as a left-handed pit
