Highly recommend Steve Rennells. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, the budget I needed to stay within, and worked with J.D. to help make it happen. Paul took me and my 5 year old for test drives. He was very patient, there was no pressure. I had driven from Kansas City in a bit of a time crunch to take a look, and we accomplished it all in a short amount of time. Got home and price compared to dealerships in the KC area. Steve and the Machens team definitely delivered the best value. 5 stars all the way and best customer service.

In terms of car service this place has been great. I have never had any problem scheduling an appointment and all of the staff are extremely nice. After they service your car they bring you it newly washed and with a full tank of gas! That’s amazing!
I would recommend dropping your car off and going to eat lunch or doing something while waiting for your car however. Their waiting room is nice with a tv, table, fruit and a flat screen tv, but the coffee and water has been empty every time I’ve been there. With that being said, I have never been impressed with any waiting room I’ve sat in while getting my car serviced. Maybe I am just an anxious person and a coffee fiend.
Overall a great spot and I will continue to bring my car here to get serviced. By far the best car service location I have found yet.
