Dr. Morgan is a great doctor. I have personally seen him for acne, Botox and leg veins. I have had great results and he is my «go to» doctor for keeping myself youthful and feeling good.

After finding this doctor on Angie’s List, where he received 2 good reviews, I called to schedule a facial laser rejuvenation procedure. Two days before my appointment, I received a call confirming my appointment for a facial rejuvenation procedure with a laser. On the day of my appointment, I called to ask for the address and again confirmed(and for the third time discussed) my appointment for laser facial rejuvenation treatment. Twenty minutes after my appointment time, I was seen by Dr. Jon Morgan. Dr. Morgan informed me they did not have a facial rejuvenation laser, but offered to sell me some cream to use instead of the laser treatment for which I had booked my appointment. I did not want to be sold cream, I wanted laser treatment. I drove a long way — 70 miles round trip — to the appointment and was very upset and felt that I had intentionally been misled. Dr. Morgan did not appear to me to be sorry for inconveniencing me. He simply stated that if I left now, he would not make me pay the $ 100 consultation fee, otherwise I would be responsible for the full consultation fee. The money was not the issue; I would have happily paid the money if I felt I was getting what was reasonably expected out of my appointment. Dr. Morgan appeared to me, in my opinion, to be a little out of it, and slow. So I left, upset. During my 35 mile drive home, I received a call in which Dr. Morgan informed me that they DO have a facial photo rejuvenation laser. Because I left out the word«photo,» the doctor did not know what I meant? I have had this procedure done many times in the past, and I knew exactly what I wanted, which I explained very clearly and thoroughly. How could the doctor not know what I wanted? He just tried to suggest that I purchase the cream instead. I am just thankful this doctor did not get anywhere near my face with a laser. I felt the meeting was strange and I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about my appointment and the way I was treated by the doctor, after confirming three separate times that the procedure I wanted was available through his office.
