After graduating from the University of Maryland Business School with a degree in Marketing in 1985, I knew I needed to pursue a career that I was deeply passionate about. After two years exploring my options in hospitality, I was offered a sales and marketing position with a family run window and door supplier in 1987. I realized during this time that it wasn’t about the product or industry as much as it was the people I worked with and the opportunity to be the best at what we did. After 19 years of industry experience, I started OneSource Window Systems in 2006. My mission was to create a company that was dedicated to providing the best possible customer service, products, and efficiency to be the best in the industry.
