This business is very creepy. I called today to learn more about the services offered by this collection agency and was transferred to someone who wasn’t in the Columbia, Missouri office even though this is the city of my residence. The man I spoke to had a very strange affect and speech. I have never heard anyone speak like this. He was almost sarcastic, but very peculiar in his vocal inflection and intonation as well as content of the information he provided. He told me he would be sending me an email with more information than I probably wanted, and tonight at about 10 p.m. I received that email message. The message is very unprofessional, bizarre and offensive. I guess the main point this strange individual is trying to make is that my business isn’t large enough to warrant this company’s time, but what a very strange and offensive way to put it. I don’t know why he would mention calling to check and see how the case is going when I never mentioned that I had any intention of doing so. Perhaps this has been the case with other small businesses which this company finds not worth its time. I had already found a different route to collect on the debt owed my business, but I find this email and this company very creepy. Ms. Cindy, While we did speak on the phone today, I do not feel that we would be a good match for you. Our clients have thousands of accounts, and they are busy. They never call us to check on things or to see how things are going«on their case.» Those who did have been fired. I am convinced you need to find another collection agency other than us. Thank you for your inquiry. aj Allan E. Jones Columbia, MO 888−261−5689 573−875−7969FAX
