Another great experience with these folks! You can rest assured you are getting the best when you hire these folks to clean your home! They did a move out clean for me and the place literally sparkles!

I had deep dark runs through my Barber carpet in the foyer and in front of the couch. I was nervous these marks would not look diminished because this isn’t the first carpet cleaning I’ve used to rid them. Well, a fantastic job was done. He also cleaned my throw rug (s). My place looked and SMELLED fantastic. I assumed vacuuming was included but I do not think it is.
He was sure to show me stains that were too hard to remove but I appreciated him pointing them out instead of sweeping things under the rug, literally. I would use them again and I recommend the work.

I’m a new home owner (woohoo) and needed the place cleaned meticulously. I decided on Sparkletime Cleaning as their reviews were extremely positive regarding the work itself. The negative reviews seem to be regarding lateness, which honestly is not a big deal to me because you never know the reason behind someone being late. They did arrive an hour late but made up for it 2 folds with how spotless the house is. They stayed as long as they needed to make sure every corner of the house was cleaned. And extra points for the owner performing a walk through to make sure we were satisfied with the job. I would HIGHLY recommend their services if you need your place spotlessly cleaned. Oh, and the house smells great:)

Did a move out clean for us on a 2800 sq. ft. house with unfinished basement. When only one lady showed up, I was nervous. But a little while later one more showed up. They ran a bit behind, but did a pretty thorough and careful job. Noticed a few things overlooked or not quite squeaky clean after they left, but nothing terrible. We are pretty particular, but I would recommend. Office coordinator called during the clean to check if everything was going well. That was a nice touch.

The honest reason for this exhaustive search was because I was hesitant to have a «stranger» in my home. After much consideration, I called Emmanuel of Sparkletime and spoke with him regarding the services needed in my home. After our initial discussion, we agreed upon a price, date and time. In July 2015, two of his employees arrived to commence residential cleaning in my home. They were friendly and kind. I showed them the home and after their walk thru, they immediately began to clean. Five hours later, they were done and my home was «spic and span» clean. From top to bottom. My hardwood floors shined. My stainless steel appliances sparkled and there were no areas left untouched. Within a few minutes, Emmanuel came to our home and inspected the work. He walked thru the home and asked if we had any questions or concerns. This was very impressive. How many business owners take time to come and inspect their employees work? He does this to ensure complete customers satisfaction. We were very pleased. I was relieved. My family was happy. Due to the exceptional service, we retained Sparkletime again this past Friday. We wanted to identify if the initial service was just a one time occurrence or common practice. Well, once again our expectations were EXCEEDED. Our residential cleaning professional cleaned our home herself which is a big task. She was exceptional. To say the least, we are head over heels with the service. After both of these experiences, we are confident that we have finally identified a permanent residential cleaning company. We are so happy and thrilled that we have a reliable, high quality company that goes above and beyond to exceed customer satisfaction. Wonderful business! I called after we closed on a new home. The previous owners had cats so we decided last minute to get the carpet cleaned quickly. I called SparkleTime and they were there the next day. The cleaner, Craig, was professional and courteous. More importantly, he did an excellent job.
We also decided to forego cleaning the rental home. The two ladies that cleaned there were as awesome as Craig (I did not get their names). We got our full deposit back and the landlords were impressed! It was a bit more than we had previously for the same service but it was worth the extra cost. They were far more thorough than past cleaners, too. So happy!

Just moved from the west coast and our new place really needed some extra TLC to make it our new clean, and I mean CLEAN, home. Well, the problem was that I needed it clean the next day. No time to wait.
I called around and no one could guarantee me next day service. Then I called Emmanuel at Sparkletime. He said he could guarantee me next day service, but not only that, he was also a lot more affordable than the competition. When the cleaning workers showed up, they got to work and didn’t leave until I was satisfied with the job.
