Studio O2

Kelly Odom was a charming and professional stylist. I showed her the idea I had for my hair and she took it far beyond my wildest dreams. The ambience of the salon was relaxed and fun. Everyone asked often how they could make me more comfortable, whether offering me a drink or offering to pick up lunch for me. I will recommend Studio O2 to everyone I know. Great experience all around.

we went as a preview to the Unilocal elite and it was really nice from the minute we walked in… everyone was so friendly and they greeted us with a welcome and a smile. the products smelled and felt wonderful… I will be back to get my hair done and maybe a pedicure too since my feet really need it. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Except go and try it for yourself but from what I saw you could not go wrong… Thank you to the folks at Studio02 you made us feel so welcome and wanted there.

Went in for the first time last year on a whim when the blow dry salon down the street neglected to inform me their business wasn’t actually open yet even though they were taking online bookings. When I walked in to studio O2, the front desk manager graciously welcomed me into the salon and offered me a cucumber water and a glass of wine. The owner set me up with a wonderful stylist named Brittany for a blowout and even got me in for a quick manicure while I was there. It’s a gorgeous salon and everyone is super friendly. I’ve been back several times and really love it!

I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Ronnie Hardcastle (Rock Star Stylist) at Studio O2. I could not recommend this salon or Ronnie more.
Being welcomed by smiling faces & a cold glass of Rosé after a long day of work was just what I needed. The décor is inspiring and the staff was incredibly friendly.
I sat down with Ronnie and we did a consultation. I’ve never done one of those before. What a concept… find out what the customer likes, doesn’t like, things, etc. Why don’t all salons/​stylists do this? He really listened to what I was willing & not willing to try & do.
Finally, the cut & color looks wonderful (wish I had taken a pic to show you). As I mentioned, he respected what I was willing to try (I wanted a change but nothing too drastic) and he nailed it. I think my favorite part (besides the wash — I mean that is everyone’s favorite, right) was that he walked me through how to style (I am a novice when it comes to product & how to use it) without treating me like an idiot. He showed me how to get the look he gave me — instead of just sending me on my way (as most stylists do). On top of all that, Ronnie is hilarious. We talked about music, movies, his family, etc. It never felt forced or awkward.
I cannot recommend O2 enough. I had an absolutely wonderful experience & will certainly be back.

If you’re looking for a fantastic spa experience in Columbia, go to Studio O2! The atmosphere is pleasing and the space is clean and relaxing. The entire staff is wonderful and very knowledgable. I would recommend anyone to go here.

Brittany always does an amazing job on my hair! Staff is incredibly friendly! Always offer tea, coffee, or flavored water and when it’s appropriate… wine! I have a high stress job and I always feel relaxed when I come her. I’ve almost fallen asleep when Brittany colors me hair. Try the oxygen bar while your there, too!

Wow guys. This place is so great. I loved the experience. Starting with the receptionist. He was so kind, and made me feel welcome. Then. He recommend I try the oxygen bar. That was new and exhilarating. I recommend it. They also have free parking. I got a cut and wash. My stylist was so sweet and I would recommend to any of my friends.

Love Ronnie. Always does a fantastic job. Doesn’t matter if I go to him because I need a trim, color, or a new style, I am always thrilled when he is finished.

Ronnie Hardcastle at Studio O2 cuts and colors my hair. He always does an excellent job, and he never rushes through a cut or color. Ronnie makes sure that I’m completely satisfied with my look before I leave. He makes sure I leave the studio with the skills and products to recreate my look at home. I have never been more satisfied with a hair stylist than I have been with Ronnie! The atmosphere at Studio O2 is very pleasant. Everyone is courteous and welcoming. Without a doubt, I would recommend Ronnie and Studio O2 to all my friends.

Why. Why did I do this to myself.
I showed the stylist 3 different comparison pictures of how my stylist back in VA cut my hair/​bangs. Maybe he heard me say «You see this picture where my hair looks great? Yeah, do the opposite of that.»
This was the first time ever (been getting it cut professionally for 14 years) that someone cut my hair after drying it and I didn’t like it. He used a flat iron on a small section then cut. He also used some thick product in my hair that makes it feel greasy and really heavy, ick.
$ 45 for wash, cut and blow dry. Despite the fact that it’s super cheap I can’t be even slightly happy with my hair. I told the stylist it looked good then left; if you can’t style my bangs right on the first try you’re done.
Oh on the plus side they have free parking in the back. The staff was all friendly and nice.

Love this place! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I got my hair cut by Brittany today and it looks great! I’ll definitely come back for my next cut!

Impressive staff with a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Everyone I’ve encountered is polite and professional! I would definitely recommend checking it out whether you are looking for hair, make up, nails, or interested in some oxygen therapy… They are all great!

Amazing stuff and beautiful in the inside! They have made this salon there own. Offering massage, nails, and OXYGEN TREATMENTS! How cool is that. Definitely a health centered place. They also offer wine and flavored waters. Adds a wonderful touch.
