I don’t know if this is an assumption or a fact. I felt that T.J. Maxx locations in a warmer climate perform their«final markdowns» on cold-weather apparel, accessories, and footwear almost immediately in the month of January. While it’s approximately 68 degrees Fahrenheit in South Carolina, Chicagoans don’t have such luxury to dress light. A bunch of booties, boots, and snow boots were in low prices. Selections weren’t massive, but a pair of Sam Edelman black bootie for $ 20 considered a good buy in my book. Rosa J. really doesn’t need to go to the«shoe rehab» again! Walk away! Please WALKAWAY… as far as I can. I did just that, but I couldn’t completely leave T.J. Maxx without purchasing at least one(1) thing. Yes, I bought only one(1) thing(like the old Wendy’s commercial), a $ 3 turquoise beanie.
