Make sure you ask for Dr. Williams. He is extremely professional, knows exactly what he’s doing, and just gives you a sense of overall alignment. As a matter of fact I only come to this place when he is here. Again this is a good establishment but Dr. Williams is the one that really makes it special

Overall a decent place. But your experience really depends on what doctor you get. Find one and stick with them. It makes the experience much better. Their wellness plan is a decent deal at $ 50 a month for 4 visits at any Joint in the country. Harbison is my favorite location in Columbia.
Overall once you get your fist visit, the next ones only take literally 5 minutes with no appointment. So quick.

While visiting an old friend in Columbia, SC, he wanted me to help him check out a new Chiropractic Clinic called «The Joint»… Since I have had previous chiropractic care in the past I welcomed his request. .
Doctors of Chiropractor perform adjustments with the intention to affect or correct alignment, motion, and or function of a vertebral joint which is normally called «Spinal Adjustment «I know in my case that most of my problems were associated with lower back pain and neck problems that would cause me headaches.
On entering any medical facility like this a Chiropractic degree is required, so that area checked out here with licensed chiropractors listed.
What was interesting is that they offer Chiropractic plans at a fairly low rate for a single appointment, month-​to-​month, and a premium plan which required a 6-​month agreement but gave additional visits for $ 12… UNREAL !!
Plus appointments were not required… Since my friend’s insurance would not cover this type of care… he wanted me (since I have partial coverage with my insurance of $ 2000 a year) to tell him if this was a good deal… That I can can say in the «affirmative» as my copay with my own Chiropractor is higher than those charged at the «Joint «
Actually, I met the owner, Bob Keen, a medical professional, who saw the need for back and joint relief without resorting to pain meds which sometimes mask an alignment problem. He offered us a tour of the facility, and we were impressed with the professional atmosphere and the modern equipment…
Long Story Short… My friend signed up for the month to month plan because of his lower back pain, and was promptly seen, and experienced relief… You have to love the name «The Joint » I laughed the 1^st time I heard it… but with insurance coverage spotty at best, it’s about time that someone would make this type of care affordable and appointments when you need them. Just wish there was one located in my city… But if I’m in Columbia I can drop in anytime. BTY the location I visited was at 4710 Forest Drive, very nice location with a name… YOU, will remember…

There’s nothing I love more than a cool, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere and that’s exactly what I get at The Joint. It’s always a convenient and pleasant experience! They’re flexible hours are perfect for my busy schedule! It is difficult for me to find the time in my schedule to schedule doctors appointments, but being a walk in clinic it always fits in when I need it and QUICK! Don’t forget to ask about the memberships, they’re too great to pass up. Definitely try it! You will not be disappointed!

Last time we talked on the phone 4 months ago that’s when you first started making promises, I did fill out your paperwork after the lies you told on the phone never happened, eventually your illegal practices will be stopped enjoy ripping people off until then.

DOOOOO NOT GO HERE!!! They took money from my account after they «claimed» I signed a contract. I NEVER agreed to any month to month contract!!! The little girl at the front desk called me a week ago and asked me if she could run my card for the 49 $ special they have going on and I said absolutely not… I cant afford that right now. WELLLLLL I checked my account statements and THEY WITHDREW THE 49 DOLLARS… I MEAN ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! WHO DOES THAT. THEIVES! I work very hard, for not enough money and I will be DAMNED if some snobby old man and his cute little secretary EVER STEALS FROM ME AGAIN. Luckily I changed MY FREAKIN card number. They got the 49 $ but guess what. if you ever go there be prepared to be hustled the moment you walk in, and I would check your bank account for hidden unauthorized transactions. And while I am thinking of it, the WHITE hair man, not the young doctor IS THE CULPRIT. Shame on him. Jackass

This place is incredible! My last Chiro charged me $ 45 a visit and I was always having problems keeping my appointment with my busy life. I only paid $ 19 for this visit and they don’t make me have an appointment so it’s really convenient. I loved Dr. Dave (one of the best adjustments I’ve ever gotten. Glad I found the Joint !
