My experience at Williams-​Sonoma was great. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful while I was weighing the pros and cons of various lines of cookware without «up selling» to get me to spend more money. The store frequently has samples and demonstrations going on as well as a large selection of quality kitchen items. They offer free cooking classes as well once a week but I cannot speak on those as I’ve yet to attend one.

They had 3 registers open but they spend so much time entering in customer information including name, address, phone number, and email. There was only one customer ahead of me in each register but I waited nearly 10 minutes to purchase one thing and just did not have the patience to wait any longer. Left the item on the counter and walked out.
