It’s nice to have an auto shop that you trust, and don’t feel like they’re trying to trick you into doing more than is necessary. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and the cost of repairs is always more than fair.

I’ve taken my car to Accurate for a variety of things — exhaust, wheel bearings, struts, water pump, etc, etc. Every single time, I’ve received prompt and excellent customer service from Patty, and great work from Jimi. They are always honest about what needs to be replaced and what can wait for a while, and they have let me buy and bring in my own parts to save me money. I’ve referred three-​four other people to Accurate, and as far as I know, they’ve gone through the same positive experience. As long as I live nearby, Accurate Auto has my business.

This place might get 4 stars if the area of town didn’t terrify me. I needed some simple body work done. I went with the closest shop to my house. They were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The job was being paid for by someone who hit my car, not me, and this shop was more than willing to accommodate. Pricing was reasonable, costing about $ 200 to get my bumper repainted, and they didn’t seem to gouge the nice man who was paying for it. They completed the job in a day or two and even arranged to meet me on a day they were closed so that I could pick up my car despite my troublesome work schedule.
I would definitely consider doing business with them again, though I might need to get my concealed carry license first.
