Adam & Eve

This place is a huge ripoff. Beds n stuff right down the street by 161 and sawmill has most of the same things in theyre backroom for SOOO much cheaper. I spent over 100 dollars on things the salesperson said were the best and would work. I was dissatisfied with almost everything.
Ps. The adam and eve website said they have a no questions asked return policy. She didnt let me return anything.

The appearance from the outside of this store looked pleasant and fun with a non-​judgmental environment. It wasn’t until my boyfriend and I stepped into the store when one of the employees proved me wrong. I drove 37 mins out of my way to come to this store just to leave upset & empty handed. This was our first time going to an adult store as a couple, so we were a bit nervous. As we browsed around we laughed at one another, just simply enjoying ourselves. It’s an adult store it should be anything but serious. The employee came up to us asking if we needed any help or had any questions, which is to be expected. but she gave us such a negative glare/​attitude. After I replied back saying «we were just looking» she made me feel as as if I said the wrong thing. She just stood there for a few and then turned away.
We continued to wander around, headed towards the lingerie section. While I was browsing, that same employee came up to me to inform me by saying «You’re in the plus size section, nothing will fit you sweetie» I felt as if she was coming at me because my enjoyment was ruining her day. Our presence being there was just a bothersome for her. I told her that I was sorry about being in the wrong section. After she made that comment I walked out with nothing. I didn’t understand why she felt as if she were doing me a favor by saying that to me. It was just rude.
I ended up finding a store that was way closer to were I live. A store called Cirilla’s in Reynoldsburg. Great customer service! The lady that works there wouldn’t let me leave the store without anything. She ended up showing us what she suggested we get as a couple.
Thanks Adam and Eve for screwing up, maybe you should hire some well mannered people, instead of letting them ruin your business by scaring potential customers.

I came here for valentine’s day gifts and was impressed by their selection. Also free gift wrapping available. The staff was hot looking and friendly. They have a loyalty card program so for every $ 100 you spend you receive a $ 10 credit. Prices are higher than what you find online but it is fast and convenient with a good location. I bought the bra made out of candy and it fell apart on the person I bought it for within 5 minutes. Nice gag gift for $ 10 though.

This is a nice store to browse; however, save your money and order online as they have sales and specials all the time online that the local store does not have !!

Adam & Eve is a great store for apparel! Unlike many other adult stores where the apparel is essentially Halloween costumes («one size fits most» and «do not wash») Adam & Eve sells actual clothing that comes in sizes, can be tried on first, and looks great! The outfits are great for clubwear or intimate settings, and the fitting rooms are really fabulous. The staff in the store was attentive and friendly, but not overbearing.
