Waited 10 min for s receipt to print asked the pro if it was right part opened box compared part number to box and said yep that’s right part

Rude, unfriendly. Wouldn’t even consider helping us change a headlight. The rudeness I experienced was unbelievable.

I went to this store to get one of the cans of stuff that charges your AC. Clearly, I have no idea what I’m talking about and I know nothing about cars. One of the guys offered to help me. He came out to my car and hooked up the canister to the AC valve. Then said «Oh crap I overcharged it» so he let some of the freon out using his key to release the valve. Then for some reason he said he let too much out and recharged it AGAIN. At this point I was about 20 minutes in and the air still wasn’t working. So he said that the same thing happened to his car and I should go have the freon vacuumed out. He said it only cost him about $ 90. Well unfortunately for ME, when he overcharged my AC he blew up the AC compressor. So the «$ 90 repair» that he claimed would fix his mistake ended up costing me $ 919 to fix. I was very disappointed because I trusted them with my car since they claim to be «experts» and it ended up costing me big time. I will never go back to this store. I’ll stick with Auto Zone. They are always helpful and have NEVER made cush a costly mistake!!!

Best automotive supplies store around. Excellent service — walked in today thinking I needed replacement headlights, but thanks to the recommendations of an employee, paid far less for a lens cleaning set… which worked flawlessly!

The guys at Advanced Auto know their stuff. I walked in thinking I needed coolant and walked out without anything because it turns out that VW’s need a special coolant not carried in stores and basic coolant could have potentially ruined the car. If it wasn’t for the guys at Advanced Auto, I could have made our problem even worse.
So, they value their customers over a sale and I would recommed their store and experise to anyone. I know I’ll be back if I ever need anything they can actually sell me!

I really like Advance Auto Parts. I’m such a ditz when it comes to anything for my car, and Advance is always super friendly and helpful. I’ve bought wipers, snow brushes, car cleaners, and other car stuff before — and I’ve never been disappointed! The service and selection are great.
On my most recent visit, they didn’t have my car’s air filter, but they did offer to order it for me. Good job, Advance.
