Terrible customer service. They have had my RV and a 50% down payment for over a year with very little progress made. They promised it would be complete in 10 – 12 weeks. They will not return my phone calls, will not meet with me to discuss progress, and have lied multiple times saying parts have been ordered when they were not. I wish I’d searched court records which show they have a history of not paying vendors (they’ve been sued numerous times for failure to uphold their end of contracts and for income tax evasion). The fact they have a BBB accreditation is disgraceful. I’ve since filed a complaint with the BBB.
