I like the food at Auntie Anne’s. I always have! It’s a nice snack when walking around the mall or whatever. This place is in Polaris Mall in the food court. The staff at this location though… Um, wow. I got the sense that they were only there for the paycheck and didn’t really care about customer service. Number one, it was hard to understand anything they said to me as they talked so fast and under their breath. It was like«get em’ in, get em’ out!» I understand that this is an Auntie Anne’s. It’s not a 5 star restaraunt. But while you’re there, take some pride in what you do! Treat customers as you’d like to be treated. And for goodness sake, get the TURD out of your mouth before speaking and talk to me so I can understand you.

If you are looking to have a tasty gourmet pretzel when you visit Annie Anne’s of Polaris, you’d be better off walking the mile and a half back to your car in the parking lot and driving to the Easton location! You’ll certainly get a pretzel faster! Because chances are, there won’t be any pretzels available here and there is a perma 10 minute wait, no matter what kind of pretzel you want. Always. You could ask for a pizza pretzel, Oh a 10 min wait? 10 min later: Pizza Preztel? NOPE, still a 10 minute wait…
