Business Owner

Bowman began developing the BENTOS brand in June of 2014. She loved the concept of the traditional Japanese bento. With three growing boys at home, she wanted to feed them a well-​rounded lunch each day filled with options, textures and creativity – as opposed to the simple PB&J with chips that they were getting at school.

As the driving force behind BENTOSgo, Shannon works incredibly hard, day in and day out. No start-​up is easy, but she is always positive, happy and patient with each day. When she’s not working, she can be found spending time with her wonderful family, riding horses or playing with her dog, Coal.
