The staff seemed nice but on my first visit, they immediately went into the typical «let’s see what kind of unnecessary dental procedure we can upsell you on» mode. My teeth are fine but of course, like most all dentists do, they «strongly recommended» an expensive procedure for a tooth that is fine.
To add insult to it, they tried to force me to pay for the entire cost of the procedure UP FRONT! Quite insulting — especially being that I have dental insurance and am an established and successful professional at OSU. I have never been asked to pay for a dental procedure up front in my entire life… I guess my «demographic profile» doesn’t fit the preferred client profile there.
I won’t go back there.

The best dentist I’ve ever had. I travel 30 minutes and happy to do it. Dr. Loew and her staff are amazing. Best in class dentistry and some of the nicest people I’ve ever met.
