Bing Utilities

The sump pump in our house in Worthington started running like crazy and there was tons of water on the curb. We called the public utilities and they determined that the leak was our responsibility. They gave us a 14 day deadline to resolve the issue. That was a distressing experience. Who would we get to do this job? How would we afford 3 – 4 thousand?
Luckly, someone referred Bing Utilities. I called. I got to talk to the owner. He was very kind and you could tell in the way he spoke and the way explained things that he was well versed in this sort of problem.
He came a day later than expected due to some emergencies elsewhere. His kind attitude, expertise, specialized equipment and price (a fraction of what I heard others had to pay for the same work) made what could have been a terrible experience, into a very, very good experience. Everyone in our family was very happy. Even my father who is an engineer was thrilled with the work and the price. I had to shake Mr. Bing’s hand several times thanking him.
He also happily guarantees his work — for 10 years…
