Chestnut Street Parking

A multi-​level parking garage located in the north end of downtown Columbus. The garage is connected to local skywalks. Check-​in and check-​out is through automated tellers. They offer hourly, daily and monthly rates. Competitively priced for the area.
I was downtown for a business meeting and hadn’t been to this location in awhile. Entry was pretty easy. They don’t have an attendant. I eventually found an automated machine on the third floor to pay for my parking time. The exit gates are not set-​up for paying at the time of exiting. So, be sure to pay in advance of exiting! Otherwise, you end up blocking the exit. When exiting the garage, it lets you out into an alley behind a business. You’ll want to turn left to head to the main street. The driver in front of me when exiting blocked /​slowed down traffic as they were not sure where to go. So, exiting can be confusing.
