Chicago Fish & Chicken

I’ve been meaning to try this fish and chicken joint since I moved into the neighborhood. Finally got around to it this weekend. Had the perch and chicken wing combo. Before I get into the food, I’ll mention that I found the customer service to be pretty darn good, even with a language barrier. This is a carryout only establishment, and they have no menus available to take home. I was instructed to take photos of the menu. I’ll post those soon, cuz yes, I took some, haha. Lastly, this isn’t an intersection a lot of the Unilocalers I know would want to frequent so keep that in mind.
Now, to the food. The perch was small, smaller than expected, and although tasty, didn’t stack up to other fish and chicken places I’ve tried. The wings were a decent size, but were plain. Like no sauce options. They sprinkled some stuff on them, maybe msg? The fries I actually found pretty tasty. The combo also came with two pieces of bread as is common. 3 fish, 3 wings for $ 11.99. Not bad but unlikely to return unless in a pinch. I had high hopes and they weren’t met.
