This Chick-​fil-​A is extremely efficient and the employees are so professional! Service and food are barnone. During peak hours they have employees out in the drive thru lanes expediting orders and taking payment, making it much less time waiting. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Bradley Park’s Chick-​fil-​A has you covered!

Excellent Service! Sharod had great patience and was genuinely happy to serve! The manager Josiah was also nice, reaching out and requesting feedback while we were eating. The restrooms were clean, and the restaraunt was spotless.

It’s always a pleasure going to Chick-​fil-​A! Consistency is the key and I can say that I’ve never had a bad experience. Customer service is ALWAYS Phenomenal and I love the fact that ALL employees wear a smile!!!

Great customer service, amazing food, and a clean restaurant every time I visit. Whether I dine in or go through the drive thru Chick-​Fil-​A never disappoints. As a former employee when I was in high school, I’m glad to see that the reputation of Chick-​Fil-​A continues to be of the highest regard.

Chick-​fil-​a is the Truth! … No but really, to me it’s the southern version of IN N OUT from California. They have high quality food at fast food prices. The lemonade is delicious and so are the shakes. In addition, my husband worked for then when he was a teen and said they were very good to him. I think it’s great that they close on Sundays to allow their staff to be with their families. I respect a company who cares about their employees and isn’t always worried about making revenue.

Incredibly well managed! Love chick-​fil-​a, but this location is the best! Usually has a really long drive thru line but it moves very quickly. And the employees are always friendly. And their breakfast biscuits are amazing!

Heaven between two buns!
This Chick-​fil-​a location is pretty popular but they get orders out in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is great, epitome of southern hospitality, and the food is delicious every time. Any one of the chicken sandwiches with extra pickles is BOMB!
Always a solid choice, I’ll be back frequently.

Stopped here to grab a quick lunch before a client meeting in Columbus. Drive thru line during lunch looked long but the cars seem to be moving through quickly. I had a salad which was good for a fast food salad. Loved how a staff walked around to each table asking if everything was ok and if the customers needed refills. Business like crowd during lunch time. And I even ran into my client here. Indoor kids’ play area. Can’t really go wrong with Chick-​Fil-​A.

It doesn’t get any better than Chick fil a. I have yet to order something that I didn’t love. The food is amazing and the service is always awesome. I have a few children and the staff is super helpful. They bring your food to the table with all the condiments you never knew you needed. They will even come out and offer you refills. All of this with a sincere smile. It doesn’t hurt that the owner loves GOD enough to be closed on Sundays. Speaks volumes! Also on Tuesdays they have family night. Fun activities for the kids and a free kids meal with every combo meal.

Chickfila always offers excellent customer service, but this location steps it up when they are busy. On a morning with heavy traffic, associates come outside and help bring CCs to the window to expedite the flow.

Your typical Chick-​fil-​A. This particular one must be a very popular location or the only one in the area because it was packed the day we were here. The food was good and the service was good too.

Sure the food is great, but the service and many «extras» make it special! I had a full tray with two kids meals, drinks, etc. and the manager noticed and brought it to our table himself! A very polite employee came by later to refill one of our diet Coke’s. (WOW!) This location is also GREAT for kids. They have an inside climbing/​slide set as well as crayons, coloring sheets and little cheerio cups for little ones. Lots more nice touches that you’ll have to come experience for yourself. This location definitely lives up to Chick-Fil-A’s mission statement by bringing glory to God in the excellent job that they do. Thank you! We’ll be back soon! P. S. Tuesday nights are kids’ nights here. The first time we came they even had a clown there making balloon animals for the kids. They loved it! :)

This place is awesome! Their parking lot can be a pain at lunch but it moves soooo fast! Their food is great! Still fast food but I would pick them 5 days a week over the competition across the street! Oh & EVERYONE here is friendly!!! Unlike some of the unhappy campers you can run across @ other fast food places!!! Super fast, Friendly, Great food!!! Why would you not go here for your fast food needs?
