Chilito’s Fresh Mex

I have been to Polaris too many times to count and I have always thought about trying this place, but it just gave me the impression of a «knockoff Chipotle» but boy was I so wrong!!! This place is better then Chipotle especially if you are looking for an authentic Mexican taste. At first I was not sure what to get but a man behind me told me I couldn’t go wrong with the nachos and he was right. I had the nachos with Mexican rice, black beans, chicken, melted cheese (a must get), corn, mild salsa, lettuce, sour cream and shredded cheese with Guac on the side. If you haven’t tried this place you must. I was throughly impressed and surprised they did not have more people in line!!!

I had a vegetable Tazon, and it was pretty much just raw onions. I’ll have to try some of the other items on the menu, but this particular dish was really bland.

I was looking for a place to get a relatively healthy meal at the Polaris food court and this place did not let me down! Everything was fresh and they loaded me up with vegetables. I will definitely be coming back. Try the guacamole!

These guys recently opened and we happened upon them and had a delightful dinner. What a great change to the standard food court fare. I had the build your own chimichange and it was great. Stuffed with chicken and a blend of two sauces topping it. great beans as well. I’ll definitely be back to try other dishes next time I’m at Polaris Fashion Place. Ya’ll should give them a shot you won’t be disappointed.
