Was that discrimination against Asian!!! Just walked out of that empty store furiously. I had a good experience last time with a different sales, but this older gentlemen who was picking his nose by the counter and given the fact that I am the only customer in the store for awhile, he did not even say hi.
He greeted another customer who walked into store with me at the same time. While the couple left and I was looking through the men shoes section to shop for gift. I was waiting for him to ask, so I can have him pack me up the right size of MBT.
Nope! He decided to treat me transparent and pick his nose by the counter!
I have had very good experience with one of the sales just a month ago, but now, I am not sure will I ever visit the shop again.
I hope gentlemen understand he just lose an easy sale of $ 250 and an average of over $ 2000 of sales a year for years!

This store is gleaming and smells of expensive price tags but I love it! The sales staff is über friendly, the selection of shoes is more upscale than not with a bit of a Euro-​flair. I love the fact that their shoe designs are based around comfort first and foremost with trend, color, style falling behind in their respective orders. This company knows a thing or two about how to make a comfy shoe without sacrificing style completely (Sorry Naturalizer…) and they have been around for several decades which ups their cred even more.
Verdict: Pricey but definitely worth the consideration!
