Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery

Hopefully this review will not be deleted– and hopefully it helps in the decision making for others.
I will also add — I have my masters in both health care administration and public health — and have worked in the healthcare industry for over eight years.
My experience with CAPS was incredibly negative.
I thought I chose a good doctor — I thought I chose the best practice — and boy, was I wrong.
When the surgery went bad– Dr. Heck actually had the audacity to blame me… Staying the 4 boobs I had — somehow was my fault. No… He simply put my implants in too low. After seeing 3 other physicians and the Columbus Ohio area all three said the same thing and all three suggested the same procedure to correct the horrible job that Dr. Heck did — 10 months after my first surgery I chose to have the correction done by someone else. Now — I couldn’t be happier — (and they used the same implants!) however, I wish I had chosen a better doctor to begin with. Almost a year of my life in pain and having to deal with a horrible outcome!
If you need suggestions for a great surgeon — feel free to message me however please do not use this practice.

I had Botox here for the first time and then a second time. I saw Dr. Heck at the Easton location. I was completely satisfied with my results both times. I recently used a groupon from A DIFFERENT place and doctor and boy am I sorry that I didn’t just go back to Dr. Heck, even though it is a little more expensive. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for. I will definitely go back to Dr. Heck the next time I get this done. The office there at Easton is VERY nice and everyone there is very professional and knowlegable. Totally opposite of the other place that I just tried out.

The best doctors and staff. My doctor… wow…what a great lady. She is the Da vinci of her field. I had a procedure done 12 years ago and have sent several friends and family to see her. Dr. Vasko you are the greatest!!!

Very compassionate, and I wasn’t even the patient. Very courteous to me as the husband, kept me up to date, explained things along the way, and called me promptly when I had to return.

I was so pampered! This is a doctor’s office, which sometimes mean discomfort. But I felt completely at ease. Coffee and muffins are available while you wait. Eye contact and smiles are abundant too. I sometimes feel weird getting beauty treatments, even when I got acrylics! The staff at CAPS treats each client like they are supposed to be there, and is patient with questions and hesitations.
CAPS has a number of Medical Spa Services as well as Cosmetic Surgery Procedures, with financing available. If I ever choose the surgery option, this is definitely where I would go.
