Pulled up to the drive up window to pick up my shirts, paid for them and instead of walking though the door next to the drive in window and hanging my shirts in the back of my car she handed them to me through the drive up window. I looked at her puzzled and asked why she couldn’t hang them in the back and her reply was they weren’t allowed to go outside. Why have the door next to the drive up window? Why would I pay someone to clean and press my shirts only to throw them in the seat and not hand them up? Glad I’m only in town for 2 weeks, I would not give this cleaners my business again.

I left my husbands dress blues there for a week to get his ranks changed and to get dry cleaned. The jacket came back very clean but after a week and very simple instructions of removing the old rank patches and adding the new ones, they simply decided to add the new ones below the old ones!!! And then had the nerve to try and charge me almost $ 12 for both!!! I have never been to a more incompetent cleaners before and would NEVER go back there! The ladies were very rude and just said «well mistakes happen, what do you want?» What do I want!!! I want this done right and I will not wait another week! Needless to say and took the jacket and I will change the ranks at home myself.
