Amazing customer service! I was greeted immediately with a friendly welcome from the cashier saying«Welcome to CVS!» and another employee helped me find what I was looking for. Very pleased with my experience here!

The is the slowest CVS I’ve ever been to, and I’ve lived in 7 different states. It caters to a mostly-older customer base, and I honestly stood in line for 15 minutes the other day and waited for three times for senior citizens to go run out to their car to get coupons or CVS cards that they forgot. Painful. The pharmacy itself is great, though! Fast, friendly, and always take care of any prescriptions in a timely manner!

What can I say. It’s CVS — the original national discount drugstore chain. Yipee! What’s so exciting about CVS anyway? Nothing really, except that they created the first super pharmacy that offers much more than just pharmaceuticals. CVS is the original hybrid retail experiment that combines household goods and food products with a mega-drugstore. I’m actually surprised that they’ve been able to survive as long as they have, because all the large grocery chains now offer the same services. Plus, there are dozens of CVS wannabes like Walgreen’s and Discount Drug Mart. Some of which are actually better than CVS now. This particular CVS location doesn’t impress me much, probably because it isn’t all shiny and new. This store precedes Easton or Stoneridge. I’m sure it’s seen its better days, but it’s still open and apparently attracting business. The location has a lot to do with its success, no doubt. Located just east of I-270 halfway between Easton and Stoneridge, this CVS store attracts a very loyal customer base from a huge residential area including NE Columbus, Gahanna and New Albany. It’s on the way to work for all those Limited Brands employees who work a block away. I can’t complain about this CVS. My wife likes it, so I guess I do to :)
