History

Established in 1963.

Our company has been in business for over 50 years and we are a third generation family business. We are part of a larger organization United Van Lines but our roots are in our communities. We know that the success of a business isn’t based on corporate logos and shiny trucks but by delivering on the promises to our customers.

Our father was involved in starting this company in 1963. He started up several other operations over the next 20 years and purchased this location in 1980. In the mid 80’s my brother and myself started working for the business while we were still in high school. We then came back to working full time at business after college. Our parents retired around 2008. Our children started working at the business in the mid 2000’s. Our families combined years of experience moving & storage industry exceeds 80+ years. Our experience helps you to have the best move possible.

My brother and I worked our way up the business like our father and I came on full-​time to the business in the mid 80’s and him in early 90’s. In 2009 we purchased the company from our parents. We now have kids who are working in the business both full and part time. We are a third generation family business.

Our vision for our business is to be more than just a moving company. We want to help people on their life’s journey, whether customers moving to a new home or city, employees in their careers or family, or our helping our community become a better place to live.

We want to be more than a great moving company, but also a great place to work, and also a positive and contributing business to our area.
