History

Established in 2010.

This business started in 2010 due to an urgency for Director to cook the favorite island dishes of succulent rice and chicken stew, curry and more juicy mouth watering meals. We believe in a healthy diet and the Islands are an ideal place for foods made fresh and not from the cans. The origination of dishes are from the Island of Trinidad & Toabgo, a warm diverse culture in the Caribbean.

Business Owner

Born and raised on the Island of Trinidad & Tobago, West-​Indies in the Caribbean. Graduated from High School, studied languages/​sciences to include Home-​Economics/​cooking, with French, Spanish and latin teachings. Graduate with Degree in Business Administration, studied Nursing in Lima, OH-​Diploma Nurse to include continued studies in Servsafe Mgr Essentials, Executive Director of Assisted living and Instructor of Medical Assistant Students… with much flair for catering and entertaining others exquisitely as a Caterer of Debby’s Caribbean Cuisine & Event Planning.
