Discover Dental

I randomly strolled in this place — based solely on location. I was pleasantly surprised when greeted by the office staff — pleasant, professional and down-​to-​earth (Kristina). I was scheduled for an appointment the same day. When I returned for my appointment, I met thw entire office staff — again, all friendly and professional and down-​to-​earth. The Dentist introduced himself, listened to my concern and started the prep work right away. Now, I did wait almost 90 minutes before we started. He was knowledgeable and — unlike many others — not interested in running up the bill or doing unnecessary treatments. All-​in-​all, a great find so far!
Heads-​Up! If you got at 2pm, you will be waiting! So… Don’t do it. Kristina saved the day — again! As the wait got ridiculous (although I was already numb), she came around the corner and offered some suggestions.
Ultimately, today’s visit to Discover was fruitless. But, Kristina and the rest of the office staff — along with a decent bedside manner by the Dentist AND an ideal location — encouraged me to schedule my follow-​up visits w/​Discover. This can be the beginning of a great relationship. However, Dr. W MUST be more mindful of my/​patients’ time in the future.
