We remove bats, squirrels, armadillos, groundhogs, beavers, coyotes, skunks, opossums, raccoons, mice, rats, birds and every other nuisance animal you can think of. Jarrod’s only uses humane catch and release trapping and all captures are released back into the wild.

We also annihilate insect pests and stop them in their tracks and at their source. Fleas, roaches, spiders, fire ants, carpenter ants, ticks, bees, hornets, wasps, mosquitoes, flies and all other insect pests don’t stand a chance after we have treated the areas they are infesting.

History

Established in 2000.

Jarrod began his pest control career straight out of the army when he worked for a large well known pest control company,. After 10 years, he opened his own home remodeling service and used his knowledge to handle any pest issues his remodeling customers had.

Noticing the need for quality pest control companies in the area, Jarrod started Jarrod’s Pest Control and utilized his remodeling skills to expertly repair the damage that had been done by animals and insects prior to their removal. And who better than a seasoned remodeling contractor with pest control experience to locate and seal up all entry points to keep those critters out for good?

Jarrod’s gives back to the community that has helped his business thrive by donating thousands of dollars to local animal rescue and rehabilitation organizations in Alabama and Georgia.

Business Owner

Jarrod was honorable discharged by the United States Army in 1984 and immediately went to work for Sears Pest Control. He learned the in’s and out’s of the business then went on to use his knowledge as an addition to the home remodeling business he started in 1990. Jarrod’s Affordable Remodeling was a success until Jarrod noticed that the pest control needs of the Columbus, Georgia area were not being met. In 2002, Affordable Wildlife Eviction was born and has been a great success.

Jarrod is married with 2 children. The entire family works for Jarrod’s in the office and as certified wildlife agents in the states of Georgia and Alabama.
