This place is terrible, I don’t know what’s up with the manager but this place is run exactly like a restaurant with zero leadership. They aren’t rude, they’re just don’t care. The pick up window is completely unwatched, when I went inside they practically ignored me even as they took my money and continued their loud conversation. The one time I tried delivery? 2 hours, completely ridiculous. Please don’t go here, let it shut down so something else can go in its place.

The new lady that was working the register and the take out window was fantastic! She has been the only one that has ever us good customer service. I will go back again but only on the days she is working. Pizza was good too.

It’s Donato’s, so you know what you’re getting in terms of food: a decent pizza, thin crust, cut in squares. I’ve had salads and subs from here too, and the food is fine. The service is… usually friendly, and usually slow. I’d blame the management, not the staff. Maybe they’re just not trained well. We come here once in awhile, and have given up on ordering delivery– always late. Always. We call ahead or order online, and it still usually takes longer than stated. Service at the counter or drive-up is disorganized and slow. Today we got a small pepperoni, fine as usual. A Big Don sub– decent. And the new«All Ohio» pizza. It was cold by the time we got home(ten minute drive.) After reheating, it was decent, nothing special. Pepperoni with a little extra cheese on top(Ohio cheeses.) Meh.

Purposefully ignores our phone calls, hangs up on us intentionally when we do try to order. Its always the same obnoxious, rude, unintelligent guy who does this. This place used to be fine but it has gone down hill fast. Go elsewhere for your pizza.

We ordered a small cheese pizza(for our 2 six year olds) and a large pepperoni/onion pizza, for the 2 adults. It took an hour and a half… unacceptable. we called 3 times. First time we were told the driver would be here soon. 30 minutes later we called again and was told he would be here any second. As my fiancé was speaking to the gentleman, the driver showed up. They offered $ 8 off. The pizza was cold and late. Very late. We called a third time to express our concerns for the pizza being cold. No answer. Donatos has lost our business. For good.

Stopped in to grab some take out, ordered a small pizza – Margherita pizza, and Brick bread, Asiago topping. The pizza was good, perfect small size for one person. However the bread so pretty large but really good. Nice dough in center, slight crust on ends, nice cheese sprinkled throughout. I honestly will be back, but maybe just for that bread

Good was good and fast when I needed something to be delivered to my hotel. Girl on the phone was very helpful since I had no menu.

The pizza is great! It’s just like any other Donatos in Columbus. The problem is that they’re SLOW and I mean really really slow! I work right down the road from them and sometimes I’m too busy to pick it up. So I’ll order for delivery, and it’ll take them about an hour and a half to drive half a mile down the road.

The pizza looked like it would have great potential to be good. But, having arrived 92 minutes after I ordered it(for delivery) and being somewhere between cold and luke warm, it ended up being less than I hoped for. The pizza still tasted fine, and I imagine it would have been very good if it was anything approaching hot. But, no such luck. Being one of the few places that delivered to my hotel, and being without a car, my options were limited. They did say it would take about an hour to deliver. But, 92 minutes does not qualify as about an hour.

I came here to grab a pizza to go. I ordered the Works since I thought it should satisfy my pizza craving. I thought that the pizza was good but just good. To me the veggies that were on the pizza were undercooked. Even though the veggies were undercooked they still seemed to be fresh and of good quality so that’s a plus. The service was surprisingly quick for a made to order pizza, possibly why the veggies where undercooked??? Everyone was friendly and I would try it again.

On a friend’s recommendation I had pizza dinner at Donato’s tonight. Let’s see thin crust, almost well done, and anchovies, perfect. I started with their Italian salad which was OK. Now on to the main event the pizza was done perfectly with generous amounts of anchovies and garlic. Based on the foot traffic, the line at the drive up window, and the delivery people leaving with their hands full of delivery sacks they have a good thing going. This is a good spot for lunch or a quick dinner. Oh, and their subs looked pretty darn appetizing as well.

This new Donato’s was the only place open when we got to our airport hotel. It sits in a brand new shopping plaza and they are the only occupants so far. The place is sparkling clean and the staff are so friendly. I’m not a big fan of their pizzas because I don’t like their crust which is like a huge cracker with toppings. I do like their chicken wings. We ordered them plain — they were just outstanding: crispy, tasty, tender. We went back for the wings alone.
