Donatos South High Street

After 3 tries (make that RECENT tries, as we’ve ordered from this location in the past with no problems) I’m done with this particular location. Tonight being the worst of the worst. I realize it’s New Year’s night and they’re super busy. I get that. I also double-​tipped my driver because I know she’s working her butt off. But regardless of waiting an hour and a half for my food, which I was more than willing to do considering the circumstances, it would still be nice to receive food that is HOT and correct.
The pizza — a thin crust cheese. It was cold, greasy and the edges were burnt. And I mean tons of orange grease covering the entire top of the pizza.
The chicken wings — where’s the meat??? Nothing more need be said here except that these tiny, sorry looking things were no bigger than what you would get off of a Cornish hen.
The stromboli — burnt on the edges (for the 3^rd time ordering this stuff) and contained only meatballs. I ordered meatballs, green peppers and onions. And BECAUSE I had no green peppers and onions and also because it was burnt on the edges, I threw it away.
$ 30 wasted.
I know Donatos can do better than this. But this particular location really freaking SUCKS, to be blunt, and I will never order from them again.
As the other reviewer stated, «Sometimes they mess up orders.» Yeah, no kidding. It happens REGULARLY. And when I get a receipt telling me exactly what I ordered, but what I ordered isn’t freaking there, then I’m sorry, there’s no excuse for that. Not when it happens consistently and I’m personally bloody dang tired of it.

There pizza is really good and fresh all the time but some times they mess up your order but who dos not.
