I have been using this establishment to care for my clothing for over 15 years.
I have always experienced polite and exemplary service during all of those years.
Especially noteworthy is the «damp pressing» method used on table cloths and bed linens. The result is in every way fit for a fancy restaurant or five star hotel.
Those «mystery stains» that I discover on my clothing pose no challenge for this cleaner. My clothes are returned to me stain free!
It is so reassuring to me that the dry cleaning fluid used is toxin free and is frequently changed to ensure little or no cross contamination among various loads/​customers.
I highly recommend this dry cleaning establishment. You will not be disappointed!

SO EXPENSIVE. I dropped off 4 items of clothing, all but one of which was quite cheap. I didn’t look at the receipt until I walked out the door (prices aren’t posted), and it was $ 52!!! I walked back in and took my clothes back. For the 3 cheap pieces of clothing, the cleaning price for each piece was basically what I paid for them. After I got my clothes back, the owner tried to lecture me on why all other dry cleaning places are bad and why I should pay him $ 52. The shop and equipment looked pretty standard, so it seemed he was making things up. I will not be returning.

Great service, fast quality dry cleaning and one of the few environmentally friendly places. Very honest staff, I once forgot more than $ 600 in one of my suit pants which they found and called me the same day to inform me about it. I will always do my dry cleaning there as long as I live in Columbus.

Yeah, I’m reviewing a dry cleaner.
Here’s the thing. You know that smell that your freshly dry-​cleaned clothing has, assuming you went to a run-​of-​the-​mill dry cleaner? That’s the smell of carcinogens off-​gassing off your clothing. Don’t believe me? Google ‘dry cleaning’ and ‘cancer’. Like as in, banned in California.
Fortunately Dry Cleaning World uses a process that doesn’t use chemicals with warnings from the EPA. So if you’re the type that buys and/​or eats organic foods, you may want to think about your dry cleaning establishment as well.
Plus, I’ve had sweaters dry cleaned here that had holes when I took them to be dry cleaned, and were mended when I got them back. For no charge. That’s service.

I love this place. My clothes always come out clean with the ever so slightest smell of freshness.
I was surprised when I brought in a white blazer with some water stains and other brown discoloration; I already had an idea that it wouldn’t come out so I wasn’t expecting much. When I got it back, it was seriously like it was new — bright white. Amazing.
I’ve also brought in a few things to be hemmed here (I have short legs!) and they’ve always done a great job. Very prompt too.
This is my go to dry cleaning & alterations place. I love it!
