Established in 2011.

Eagle & Phenix Mill was purchased by the W. C. Bradley Co. in 2004. The property encompasses 6 historic buildings on 13 acres. The project is a mixed-​use development, with condominiums, apartments, retail and restaurants. As of late 2013, we have 83 condominiums in Mill 3, 58 Apartments in the Administrative Offices and Mill 2, and 32 new apartments underway for Mill 1 and Machine Shop. Epic restaurant, the regions best fine dining facility, opened in 2012.

W. C. Bradley Co. was established in 1885, just 2 blocks from the Eagle & Phenix Mill. The Real Estate Division invests signficantly in the re-​development of our downtown area (affectionately called «UPtown»), and owns several significant properties in the immediate area.
