The «GitMo». Yes I am making reference to the detention center in Cuba. During a nearly 6000 motorcycle trip, staying mainly at sub $ 100 mom-​n-​pops, this was at list bottom. Room smelled old and like cigarettes. AC unit in the bathroom-​prepare yourself for a cold toilet seat! Worst mattress ever. Rug from 1960 and stained-​wear your flip-​flops No amenities save a TV from 1980, hot water and clean linen. Windows barely opened. Thin walls for neighbor conversation. Lastly, right across from the train track crossing… Hope you like 6:00 train horn blasts. I’d keep driving if I were you.
