Replaced the three dot sights on my VP9 with Dawson sights and now the charging supports are falling off. It seems that the factory sights are the only ones to hold them on, which is totally stupid since all guns are made to have the sights changed. Called customer service and their«fix» was to epoxy them back on! Really? This wouldn’t happen with a Glock and that will be my next purchase.

HK is unbelievable. been buying for years and never never had a problem. i like other gun brands but HK is with the best. very accurate — i have had issues with other brands in the 9 mm but not HK. have not had them jam up in adverse conditions — wet, dirty or in extreme cold weather.

Great guns and I do not know John talking about but I have called H&K customer support and they are top notch. I love these guns and have order mags when other places where selling them for double shipping is fast as well.

Heckler & Koch make some of the finest polymer framed pistols on the market. In fact, HK was the company who first made a polymer framed pistol(VP70), despite Glock popularizing that type of gun. HKs are known for being very reliable, hard to find, and expensive. Because of the cost and low supply, there are many HK haters out there. Sure you can get a Glock for half the price, but no other polymer framed gun can match HK. I bought my first HK in 2000. I wanted to step up from my Glock 17 to a .40 and the HK was the logical choice. My dealer had a full size USP in stock and I knew it had to be mine. It wasn’t cheap. In fact, I had to sell a gun just to afford it, but once I bought it, I was thrilled. It was flawlessly reliable and more accurate than I could ever be. Years have passed and I got into 1911s, but the HKUSP will always remain one of my favorites. If you’re looking for the best polymer framed pistol, HK is what you need.

Unlike the other reviewer here, I have yet to use their customer service number. As for my P30 pistol chambered in 9 mm, I’ve taken it to the range several times already and have yet to find a more accurate or comfortable gun. Glocks are great pieces, however I do believe you get a little bit more with the H&K, though you will pay more. Hopefully if I have to use customer service it will be smooth. So far, so good.

Terrible customer support. Repeated phone calls go to voicemails. Emails aren’t replied to. It’s a large disconnect, as their guns are truly first-rate.
