Jimmy John’s

Lots of workers, but no help. My brother spilled his water and had to clean it himself. My bread was cut weird, not that it really matters. I don’t think there was a manager working. I walked in and the guy at the register said nothing and looked mad and bored. Also he told me I can’t get a water because they ran out of water cups and they had the larger cups sitting right there. One of the girls is on her phone with her gloves on. I’m pretty disgusted. And now she’s making someone’s sandwich.

The only game in town as the assistant manager told me
So I called up after getting a sandwich on Monday that the bread was hard as a rock. I asked the manager if they keep the bread from the weekend and he said yes left over from the weekend.
I asked him for a refund and he said no .
He say there was nothing wrong with the sandwich
I asked for the day manager to call me
6 hours later no call so I drive to the shop today to speak to then manager and the night manager said the district manager would be in tomorrow and he would call
Next day wait for a call no Call all day
So here I am airing my disappointment on how managements failure to get back to the customer
I guess they are the only shop so ignoring a customer is normal.
Don’t care to hear the anything about the business

This place is awesome! The guy behind the counter was super friendly, fast, and handsome. I think his name is Grant. Definetly the best sandwich place in town!
