My practice is focused on drunk driving, complex Bureau of Motor Vehicles litigation, and serious traffic cases. Cleve Johnson has been admitted to practice before the Ohio Supreme Court, The United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, The United States Court of Appeals For the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

He is a member of and has taught at seminars sponsored by the National College for DUI Defense, the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Associations, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Central Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers,. He has served multiple terms as chair of the Traffic Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Municipal Court Committee of the Columbus Bar Association.
