History

Established in 1984.

Our company name is Fesco Realty. My broker’s name is Fred Swanson. There is one other agent in our office besides myself. My broker has over 40 years experience buying/​selling/​building real estate. I have been selling real estate for 30 years throughout various areas in and around columbus. I have worked with numerous builders when our clients interest are in new builds. Together we have 70 years of experience in the Real Estate Business.

I received my Real Estate Sales License in 1979. I worked for a couple of different companies before I found my niche working for Fesco Realty.

I am currently Sales Manager for the company and actively work to list, sale, and assist some clients with new builds. I enjoy working with people, meeting new people, and producing results.

I also have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
