Lasting Impressions Event Rental

For years I’ve seen the purple trucks of Lasting Impressions downtown setting up for events. I never thought I would need a rental company but I was wrong. I give LI 5 stars because I literally called them for 40 folding chairs on Friday morning and literally picked them up 2 hours later. I need the chairs desperately for a meeting on Saturday and upon pick up they gave us 10 extra chairs for free. SCOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRE. If we ever need to rent furniture again I will definitely call them.

I had a big ol’ event and needed a dozen 6′ tables with linens. Good news — this company was responsive and helped me work through all my needs over the phone.
Bad news — we clearly weren’t on the same page during our lengthy phone conversation because I was delivered something that I definitely didn’t order (in the form of nearly 200 porcelain plates.)
Good news — it was pretty easy to tell the drivers (although clueless) to just take back my unconfirmed product and send them on the way.
This company has EVERYTHING you can ever imagine you’d need when planning a party. Lights. Tables. Linens. Trash cans. Anything. A one-​stop supply shot for the vitals you never remembered you’d need/​
Although I was slightly annoyed that after all that time on the phone myself and my customer service rep couldn’t see eye to eye and at least get my basics right, recifying the situation was virtually seamless and at the end of the day, my party was a success — which of course makes me a happy customer. Yay for making life easier, Lasting Impressions!

Party time! Let’s see, I’m thinking this will be a *small* gathering sooo… I’ll just need a few dozen tablecloths, table skirts, matching napkins, oh how about a dance floor?, a 12′ projector screen, 30′ of staging, a stool for the cameraman, and… an ice scupture? Well, sure, why the hell not. It is a party!
In my days as an event planner, the above would have been a pretty standard order from me for any gig I was running in the 614. In my more recent role as coordinator of every major celebration in my friends’ lives, that list is only slightly modified (more cowbell, less staging). By now, I’ve put together a lot of gatherings in a lot of cities, and I am yet to find anyone else who could ever compete with Lasting Impressions on price, service, or quality.
Graduation party… I’m calling Lasting Impressions for tables.
Corporate conference… Who else rents pipe & drape?
Wedding shower… Yeah, we want fancy. Lasting Impressions!
If you can’t find what you want on their site, just call and they’ll probably surprise you by having it in three different color options and half the price of anyplace else. They deliver, they set up, and if you ask them, they’ll even come tear down the whole mess for you so you are able to do what no event planner ever does: Enjoy the party.
