I bought a Groupon for a massage to this place. I proceeded to schedule and they wanted my credit card information over the phone. I told them I had a Groupon and that wouldn’t be necessary. They told me they take your credit card information so that they could automatically charge you if you miss your appointment. I told them I was not comfortable giving out that information over the phone considering all of the credit card fraud that has been happening. They refused to officially schedule for me until I gave them my credit card information. I then received a call the next day telling me that they needed my credit card information. I refused to give it to them and contacted Groupon to get a refund (Groupon bucks). Nowhere on their website is this policy listed or in the terms of the Groupon. I recommend avoiding this place. I have never had to give out credit card information in advance to schedule an appointment and it seems like a shady place.
