Luke’s is fantastic. Every person on the staff is friendly, honest and I don’t feel intimidated when I go in. I know nothing about cars, but I trust them to do a good job, at a fair price, and not take advantage of my clear lack of knowledge. You can tell integrity is huge with them. I’ve been to so many places where they talk down to you and try to get as much money out of you as they can, and this is absolutely not the case with Luke’s.
I will continue to give them my business and loyalty. Added bonus — their customer restroom is always nice and clean!

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to utilize Luke’s for the repair my car needed, as I found out after the diagnostic testing that the repair was covered by a warranty so I had it taken to the dealership. However my dealings with the team there were great — they were polite, honest and the price they quoted me for the repairs needed were fair. Jay and his team explained everything that would need to be done thoroughly and I will definitely be using them for future repairs. Happy to know there are honest guys nearby!

The only place my family wants to use to service our cars, EVER. They are knowledgable, polite, professional, and above all, HONEST. The prices are fair and they ALWAYS take the time to explain the complex mechanics of vehicle maintenance to me without patronizing me. They’re so good that you have to schedule your maintenance with them, a week in advance sometime, so that is the only «problem» that I’ve come up against. When we have emergency maintenance, we have to find someone else to do it or wait. Overall, Luke’s Auto is the Best in Automotive Care in Columbus!

Luke’s was recommended to us by a coworker. My husband and I have typically had pretty horrible experiences with mechanics. Since moving to Columbus we had not found a shop that felt reliable and honest. I will say that the start of this «relationship» was kind of rocky as my husband and I were pretty hard on them. My van was in pretty bad shape to begin with and throw in some faulty parts… well we weren’t initially satisfied with our experience. HOWEVER!!! The more than gracious technicians/​office staff were very patient with us and were MORE than willing to make EVERYTHING «right». In the end we were left with a van that works better than ever. In fact we took it back when it started acting up again (unrelated to other services provided).
We also took in a Saab, which for the most part is really hard to find people to work on this car… other than the dealer and we all know how the end price of those visits can be! They were up front with the fact that they do not necessarily «specialize» in this vehicle.(this by the way was the second shop that we took this car to, the first being very shady and dishonest with us) specifically since it is an «antique» 1995… in the end this vehicle took a dump on us, due to no fault of theirs. I was impressed that they were honest with us about their experience with this type of vehicle and used their fantastic abilities as professional mechanics to make this car last as long as it possibly could.
This shop has officially become our «go to» shop. I would and will recommend this shop to all that are looking for reliable, honest and professional car repairs.
Also, I will use this opportunity to let Luke’s Auto and specifically Aaron and Jay know how much my husband and I appreciate your willingness to put up with our sometimes less than kind and «mechanical ignorance». Thanks guys! See ya soon! Gotta replace that Saab… I am confident that when I bring in my prospective «new» used vehicle you will be able to steer us in the right direction :)

These guys are totally honest with me every time I go there. At my last visit, they explained as I was paying that they only had to use one part instead of two and were able to lower the price. So, I ended up paying less than the price we agreed on. You never see that from mechanics!
Also, every time I’ve gone there, I get my car back, fixed, the same day.

This shop is probably the best in town — not only they did the job very well, but more importantly they are reasonable, friendly, patient, and honest & integrity. They have a good scheduling system, get you in & out in a reasonable manner. I have recommended Luke’s Auto to more than a dozen of my friends — and all of them are satisfied with Luke’s work, pricing, and timing. I bring all my cars to this place and nowhere else.

This is the best place I’ve found for either my Nissan or my Subaru. The entire staff is honest and polite. The front desk staff explains everything well. The work is always high quality.
I trust these guys completely. They have never tried to take advantage of me, and they charge fair prices.

I really enjoyed the experiences i have had with Luke’s automotive in the past couple of weeks. I ran into a bind with new water pump, then had my oil changed and I had actually bought the oil myself and they just did the work for it. I really like going down there; I trust them and I think they do great job.

We have been going here since they were a lot smaller. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Always do such a great job, are super speedy, and very well priced. I recommend Luke’s to anyone looking for a good honest place to get their car fixed.
