Own a Masterbuilt Gas Veranda Grill now for about 9years. LOVE IT! Gets so very hot. Small for my husband and me! Too bad it has been discontinued!
Needed a new grill grate for it. Called Customer Service and spoke with the supervisor, Jaclyn. She was marvelous! Got the diameter from the grate for the electric Veranda Grill now available and the grate will fit my grill. The grate is on its’ way to give my stainless steel grill new life. Thank you so much, Jaclyn. This is what customer service is all about!!!

Stay away! Bought a grill for hundreds of dollars, then they discontinued the model and don’t offer parts for it any longer! Unless you intend to either throw the grill away after a couple years of use or pay top dollar to some after market company who enjoys a monopoly on parts production don’t buy from this company. You’ll be much safer by sticking with a household name company.
