If I could give a 0 I would. Had a question about the framing prices being 60% off and was offered no explanation just a «that’s just the way it is» from the store manager of all people. He was completely lacking customer service as was the employee who assisted me. I called the customer service number and was told the district manager would call me and I’m still waiting 3 weeks later. Terrible customer service! You need new employees and a new store manager.

The employees are extremely helpful and the selection is great! They’re comparable to other craft stores(price, friendliness, near various retailers), but they’re also a trustworthy name!
