I did not actually use their services but I did buy some parts from here. If you give me great customer service then you automatically have me for a customer for life! This place has amazing customer service!
My Genie motor went out and I was lost. I called my father-​in-​law (an electrician) and we figured out it was the capacitor that went bad. I stopped over at NationServe as they have Genie parts they will sell to the public.
I walked in with my capacitor and not two minutes later, new part in my hand. Total $ 5.99
But their help did not stop their… I started talking to the General Manager about my springs. We talked for a solid 30 minutes on how to make a repair myself (I feel that I am a pretty handy guy) and how not to kill myself and how to properly balance a door. Most places would just say let us do it, that will be $ 99.99. But no, not here. It was very refreshing!
