We specialize in sourcing, roasting, and brewing amazing single-​origin coffees from around the world. Our coffees show truly distinctive, unique aromas and textures. We operate two retail stores, each located on High Street in Columbus, OH. We treat our customers like family, and strive for amazing customer service from friendly and knowledgable baristas.

History

Established in 2015.

One Line Coffee at the Huntington Center opened in March 2015, serving as the company’s second retail location. The store’s model is designed for high-​quality, consistent execution in an extremely high-​volume environment, made possible by the innovative ModBar espresso machine platform and 1.5-gallon Fetco brewers.

Meet the Manager

Hillary H.

Manager

Hillary is a hardworking, intelligent coffee professional with amazing customer service and a strong loyalty to her people. Having worked in coffee on and off for years, Hillary left her job in grocery store management to open the Huntington Center One Line Coffee location. After many weeks of intense preparation and planning, the store opened under her purview to an audience of (mostly) new customers, all of whom she has welcomed with a smile and an eagerness to serve.

Hillary is an avid ice skater and outdoor enthusiast, enjoying summer hiking and camping trips as often as possible. She is an accomplished photographer and University of Dayton alumnus, and lives with her partner Mick in downtown Columbus, OH.
